Introduction:

In face recognition, spectrum separation and other applications, we need to reconstruct a sparse signal from a linear model with noise. This report first introduces a hard threshold reconstruction algorithm for non-negative sparse signals based on ReLU, then introduces its robust reconstruction of non-negative sparse signals based on the two sufficient conditions of limiting isometric constant and mutual driness, and finally verifies its high efficiency through a large number of tests.
