Introduction:

Interpolation is a classic research topic in mathematics, and people have conducted in-depth research on polynomial interpolation, spline function interpolation, and interpolation of frequency finite functions, and accumulated rich results. In the age of digital signals, the reconstruction of the target object through partial observation of an image or signal can also be seen as a specific interpolation problem. In response to this problem, compressed sensing theory has been developed. This report mainly introduces the basic theory of compressed sensing and the main problems it faces from the perspective of interpolation. and extend its main results to nonlinear observation scenarios.
