Introduction：

    Standard orthogonal basis is an important concept and tool in functional analysis, and one application of it is to do series expansion. In applications, finding standard orthogonal bases may not be easy. If we do not require a column of elements to have orthogonality, but only require it to be able to perform a linear series expansion on any element, it is relatively easy to find such a column of elements. We will introduce the extension of the concept of standard orthogonal bases, frame theory, and its applications in signal analysis.
