Introduction：

    How to numerically solve partial differential equations is an important issue in the fields of science and engineering. Traditional methods include finite difference, finite element, etc. In recent years, deep learning has also been utilized to solve partial differential equations. This report will systematically compare the advantages and disadvantages of traditional methods and machine learning methods from the aspects of accuracy and efficiency, and introduce the recent developments in random feature methods.
