Introduction：

    The finite element method is an important and widely used computational method in scientific computing for solving partial differential equations, where a core issue is the construction of the interpolation basis functions (or shape functions) for the elements. In the report, we will introduce how to utilize multivariate spline methods to construct the interpolation basis functions for planar quadrilaterals, polygons, and certain three-dimensional space elements to obtain a high-precision spline finite element method.
