Introduction：

    This report starts with the solvability of differential equations and reviews several key theories and concepts within the integrability theory of ordinary differential equations, including Galois theory, Liouville's theorem, Lie groups, monodromy groups, and differential Galois theory. Finally, the report introduces a classification of second-order polynomial systems according to differential Galois theory and several conjectures related to Hilbert's sixteenth problem based on this classification.
